What EnergyFlow can model
EnergyFlow helps you compare building and equipment choices under the same weather, comfort and usage assumptions. The result is an estimate for the configuration you describe.
Start with the house
Enter your house manually: floors, dimensions, construction year, glazing by outside face, orientation and shading. Construction-year defaults provide starting U-values that you can review and change. CPE and plan uploads are not available in this release.
Compare systems
- Heating and supported cooling systems, with building temperature and energy results.
- PV, battery and grid flows using the selected configuration and tariff assumptions.
- EV charging and modeled V2H behavior where the configuration and package support it.
- Indoor and outdoor pool cases, which use different models and inputs.
See the boundaries
The model uses floor-level zones. It does not reproduce every room, air current, installation detail or controller. Each feature page explains the inputs, outputs and practical limits.
