1. Who provides EnergyFlow

EnergyFlow is provided by B-GREEN S.à r.l., a company registered in Luxembourg. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the customer or authorized user. The company is the contracting party. Its shareholders, directors, employees and contributors do not become parties to your order or give personal guarantees merely by developing, describing or supporting the service. This does not exclude any person's independent liability imposed by law.

Registered legal name: B-GREEN S.à r.l. Registered office: 11 Hannert de Kleppbeem, L-6995 Rameldange, Luxembourg. Luxembourg RCS number: B219547. VAT identification: LU30609827. Service and complaints email: contact@energyflow.tech. Support is by email, with a best-effort response within five working days. This target does not extend statutory deadlines. Website: https://energyflow.tech.

These terms cover paid EnergyFlow services purchased under them. Earlier orders retain the terms supplied with those orders.

2. What these terms cover

These terms describe use of our website, demonstration material and residential energy simulation service. A paid order also identifies the package, included features, access period and price you have chosen. Mandatory rights take priority over these terms. We do not create a paid contract merely because you browse the website or watch a demonstration.

The service is intended for homeowners evaluating their own homes. Professional resale, a design consultancy engagement and installation services are not included in a homeowner order. Any separately agreed service must be described in writing. Calling a user a professional does not remove rights they have as a consumer.

A "business customer" acts for purposes of a trade, business or profession and is not legally a consumer in that transaction. Only provisions expressly limited to business customers have that scope. Your technical knowledge, job title or email address does not by itself remove consumer status. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 to purchase in your own name, or have the legal authority required to enter the contract.

3. The service and its outputs

EnergyFlow models a house and supported energy equipment from the inputs and assumptions associated with a scenario. It helps you compare configurations, weather conditions, comfort, energy use and modeled costs.

Outputs may include energy totals, charts, temperatures, scenario comparisons and available data downloads. In these terms, "report" means those outputs. It does not imply that a PDF, certification document or every export format is included. Your order identifies the outputs and features you can access.

The fictional demo teaches the workflow. Its archived simulation results apply to the named sample configuration. They are not measurements from a real house or forecasts for your home. Editing a demo input does not produce a new simulation unless that behavior is explicitly identified.

Where available, document extraction and report narration may use AI. Extracted dimensions, equipment references and explanations can be incomplete or wrong. Check them against original documents and recorded simulation data. AI text is explanatory material, not a site inspection, a professional opinion or a separate calculation. A narrative must not override the underlying recorded values or the limits of the model. Report an apparent inconsistency before relying on it.

4. Model assumptions and limits

A simulation represents selected physical processes. It does not reproduce every detail of an actual building. Its results depend on inputs, defaults, equipment data, weather, control behavior and model limitations.

  • Floors or other supported spaces are represented as thermal zones. Floor dimensions, height, exposed surfaces and material properties matter. Detailed room partitions and furniture are generally represented through aggregate assumptions. Spaces with different temperatures may require separate treatment; volume alone is not enough to describe heat loss.
  • Window area on each exterior wall and floor, orientation, thermal/solar properties and supported shading affect the result. Exact window positions are simplified. Local shadows and room-level solar exposure can differ.
  • Stair openings represent assumed coupling and air movement between floors. Their exact placement is simplified. This is not a prediction of local drafts, room-to-room air currents or ventilation safety.
  • Thermal mass and construction quality use modeled properties. Workmanship, air leaks, thermal bridges and other site details can differ from defaults.
  • Equipment uses representative, documented performance data and modeled operating conditions. A nominal capacity or COP is not constant installed performance. Pipes, controls, commissioning, defrost and operating conditions can affect an actual installation. The service is not a full catalogue of every manufacturer and model.
  • Weather years, occupancy, hot-water demand, EV availability, tariffs and equipment schedules are scenario inputs. Historical weather is not a forecast. Future prices, occupant behavior and operating costs can change.
  • Geometry and PV drawings help describe the model. They do not establish roof suitability, panel fit, structural loading or installation clearances. Nearby trees, buildings and chimneys can affect actual PV production.

A result is conditional on its recorded configuration. It is not a promise of a particular bill, saving, payback period, indoor temperature or equipment lifetime. Comparisons need consistent assumptions and attention to unmet comfort as well as energy or cost.

5. Appropriate use and independent review

Use reports to explore choices and discuss them with qualified professionals. Before purchasing equipment, changing a building or commissioning an installation, obtain the site-specific assessment, calculations and checks appropriate to that decision.

EnergyFlow does not supply an architectural or structural design, final hydraulic/electrical installation design, gas safety assessment, ventilation or hygiene assessment, planning approval, CPE/EPC, Class A certification, subsidy eligibility decision or a guarantee of compliance with building rules. It does not inspect your site or certify equipment compatibility.

An architect, engineer or installer must check applicable regulations, sizing, electrical supply, distribution systems, structural loading, noise, permits, commissioning and safety as relevant. A suggested equipment size remains a model output requiring that review. Do not use the service to operate safety-critical equipment or replace required professional checks.

You remain responsible for the purchase, installation and operating decisions you make and for obtaining qualified advice for your site. Our support can explain the service but does not undertake a design consultancy engagement or approve an installation. A professional who receives a report must exercise their own professional judgment. A homeowner order does not authorize using the service to supply design work to clients. No third party acquires contractual rights against us merely because you share a report, without prejudice to rights imposed by law.

6. Your inputs and project records

Review dimensions, glazing, orientation, fabric assumptions, schedules, equipment and tariff settings before relying on a result. Check defaults against what you know about your house. Identify important unknowns and test reasonable alternatives. Contact us if you find an apparent error.

Incorrect or incomplete inputs can produce misleading outputs. Your duty to review inputs does not transfer responsibility for our software defects to you. If a result is clearly inconsistent with the configured house, do not use it for a decision until the discrepancy has been investigated.

Keep the configuration, weather identity, run identity and assumptions with any report you use or share. A later edit or new model release may produce a different result. Do not treat an old output as if it reflects a new input.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit plans, certificates, equipment documents and other information. Do not upload material unrelated to the project, confidential material you cannot lawfully disclose or another person's personal data without a lawful basis. You are responsible for your submitted content and for correcting information you know is inaccurate. We do not independently verify ownership, survey the property or authenticate every source document. These responsibilities do not excuse a defect in our processing or override data-protection obligations.

7. Orders, price and access

Before a paid order, we provide a summary of the selected service, total price including applicable taxes and unavoidable charges, payment method and activation arrangements. You must explicitly confirm an obligation to pay. We provide the accepted order and applicable terms in a form you can retain.

The order identifies the purchased package, the price period, VAT-inclusive total and activation date. P1 reference prices are 49 EUR for Single House and 99 EUR for Full Project, paid once. The final order must use the server's current reviewed price and tax configuration.

Single House covers one house, five successful simulations, one chosen saved-run PDF and dashboard access with no fixed end date. Comparison and hourly CSV export are not included. Downloading the chosen PDF again does not use another allowance. A queued or running simulation holds a slot until success or platform failure. Invalid input and platform failure use no slot. After purchase, you may choose to unlock your latest completed preview for one of the five simulation slots, or decline and keep all five. This choice is final for that purchase and must be made before the first paid simulation. Before selecting a PDF, you must confirm that it will be your only PDF selection for the house. You may download that PDF again during retention without using another allowance.

Full Project covers one house, access with no fixed end date, named scenarios, comparison of up to four scenarios and hourly CSV. Runs are unlimited subject to fair use. Investment ranking, payback and automated weather-year sensitivity are outside the first release. All paid modules are included only where the release supports and verifies them.

For new Single House orders under this version, access has no fixed end date. It includes the interactive dashboard, hourly charts and new simulations, up to the five simulations bought. New Single House orders do not include comparison or CSV. These terms do not change earlier purchase contracts: original, version 2026-10-11 and version 2026-10-11.2 orders retain the entitlements stated in their order, including comparison and exports where promised. For orders under this version, house data, run files and PDFs stay while your account exists. You can request earlier account deletion. Legally required transaction records may be retained separately as explained in the privacy notice. Free accounts with no purchase retain saved house/run data for 12 months of inactivity, after which it is deleted. After a full refund revokes access, house data, run files and PDFs are retained for 24 calendar months from that revocation, unless you request earlier deletion. Legally required transaction records are handled separately. If we end EnergyFlow, we give at least 3 months' notice by email and keep PDFs downloadable until that notice ends. We do not promise to host your data forever.

Fair use applies to both plans. We may slow, queue or pause use that harms the service for other customers, is automated, or resells results. Where we can, we tell you before we do. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force.

A Single House order can be upgraded to Full Project for the difference between the two prices, 50 EUR.

There is no automatic subscription renewal. A further purchase requires your agreement. Supported weather years and included outputs must appear in the order summary and match the enforced service.

A one-time payment does not promise lifetime hosting. The entitlements stated in your order govern, subject to mandatory rights and the fair-use rule above. Reference prices on a draft pricing page are not a completed order.

For business customers, fees are non-refundable once the agreed service has been supplied, except for a remedy expressly agreed in writing or required by applicable law. A change of mind, an unused allowance or disappointment with an honestly described simulation outcome does not create a voluntary refund right. This paragraph does not apply to consumers and does not excuse failure to supply the agreed service.

8. Withdrawal and refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you exercise an applicable withdrawal right within 14 days, any refund will reflect legally chargeable services already provided at your express request.

Where the statutory right applies, a consumer can withdraw within 14 calendar days of contract conclusion without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to contact@energyflow.tech or our registered address. You may use the form below. Send it before the applicable deadline; an order reference helps identify the contract but is not a condition of the right.

Before paid online orders open, we will provide an online withdrawal function for eligible contracts and identify it in the order confirmation. It will provide a receipt you can retain, including the statement and submission time. Email and other lawful methods remain available.

On valid withdrawal we reimburse payments without undue delay and within the statutory deadline, normally 14 days from notice, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee.

If you expressly request immediate service performance, any charge on withdrawal must be legally permitted and proportionate to the services provided. Merely accepting these terms, paying or receiving one report does not waive withdrawal. Your withdrawal right ends after the service has been fully performed only where the required prior express request and acknowledgement have been obtained. Statutory remedies for defects and non-conformity remain unaffected. We do not offer a separate voluntary satisfaction refund.

9. Conformity and service remedies

We must supply the service as agreed and meet the applicable legal conformity requirements. Model uncertainty does not excuse broken features, incorrect processing of supported inputs or misleading descriptions.

If the service is not supplied or does not conform, contact us with the relevant project/run details where available. Applicable rights may include bringing the service into conformity, a proportionate price reduction or termination/refund under the conditions set by law. Required updates and rights relating to retrieval of user content remain protected.

These terms do not replace a statutory remedy with discretionary credit or make a demo, discount or support request a waiver of those rights.

10. Account and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential, use accurate account information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share a personal account, access another user's projects, distribute malware or misrepresent an altered report as an authentic EnergyFlow result. You are responsible for access you authorize and for reasonable account-security precautions; you are not automatically liable for an incident caused by our security failure.

  • Do not avoid payment, account quotas or security controls through repeated accounts, credential sharing, project duplication or other circumvention. One-house access cannot be rotated among different houses.
  • Do not scrape, bulk extract, resell access, offer a competing hosted copy, or send automated simulation requests without our written permission. Ordinary permitted report exports and the agreed scenario features remain available.
  • Do not probe or disrupt systems, overload the queue or use the service for unlawful or safety-critical operations. Lawful security reporting and rights that cannot be restricted by contract remain protected.

We may restrict access to address unlawful use, a material breach or a genuine security threat. Where practicable, we explain the reason and give an opportunity to correct it. Restrictions must be proportionate. They do not automatically remove paid entitlements, refund obligations or statutory rights.

We may pause queued requests while investigating a credible security incident, payment fraud or quota circumvention. Give us the information reasonably needed to investigate a disputed restriction. We restore access when the reason is resolved, unless lawful termination is justified. Repeated material breaches may result in termination after notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct them where practicable. Urgent protective action may precede notice. No restriction automatically removes a consumer remedy or an obligation to return sums that the law requires us to return.

11. Availability, updates and changes

We may perform maintenance and release fixes. We do not promise uninterrupted access, but must meet the supply and conformity obligations that apply to your order. We explain material disruptions and available remedies where required.

Changes beyond those needed to maintain conformity must meet applicable legal conditions. We give required notice and preserve any right to retain the unchanged service or terminate where a change materially affects access/use. We do not retrospectively reduce a purchased entitlement through a website edit or silently replace the assumptions associated with a saved run.

No service-level agreement, continuous availability, priority support or deadline for a particular run is included unless expressly agreed in writing. Access can depend on internet connectivity and external hosting, authentication, payment, weather or AI services. We may maintain, secure and replace those dependencies. We remain responsible for the obligations we owe you; describing a third-party dependency does not transfer them to the provider.

Where an event outside our reasonable control prevents performance despite reasonable precautions, any relief from liability is limited to what applicable law allows and to the actual effect and duration of that event. We take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and notify affected customers when appropriate. This clause does not automatically permit indefinite delay, keeping payment for an unsupplied service or removing statutory termination and refund rights.

12. Responsibility and liability

EnergyFlow supplies the scenario-comparison service described in these terms and your order. It does not accept responsibility for designing, purchasing, installing or certifying your building or equipment. No actual saving, tariff, temperature, subsidy, return on investment or equipment lifetime is guaranteed. We give no additional contractual warranty that the service will satisfy an undisclosed purpose or produce a particular investment outcome.

We are not responsible for loss to the extent caused by materially incorrect or withheld inputs, unauthorized alterations, a third party's installation or operation, or use outside the expressly described service purpose, except where our own breach or another legal obligation makes us responsible. The respective causes and contributions to a loss matter; this is not a transfer of responsibility for software defects to you.

For business customers only, and subject to the exceptions below, our total aggregate liability arising from the affected order, whether in contract, tort or another legal basis, is limited to the fees paid or payable to us under that order during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Connected events count as one event for this aggregate limit. A separately signed business agreement may specify a different limit.

For business customers only, and subject to the exceptions below, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and for lost profit, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings or goodwill. This includes business losses from relying on a report as a final design or performance guarantee. These business exclusions and the aggregate fee cap do not apply to consumers.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by us, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit. Statutory consumer conformity, compensation, withdrawal, price-reduction and refund rights, and non-excludable data-protection rights, are preserved. No consumer indemnity or contractual fee-level cap applies. The business cap does not remove a refund or other remedy that the law does not permit us to exclude.

13. Intellectual property and sharing

You retain rights in your input content. You permit us to process it to supply the service and meet our legal obligations, as described in the privacy notice. This is not a transfer of ownership of your house information.

Our software, branding and explanatory materials remain ours or our licensors'. Subject to your order and legal rights, you can keep and share your report with an architect, engineer, installer or other adviser evaluating your project. Include its inputs, assumptions and simulation notice. Do not present it as an independently certified design, remove material qualifications or resell our service without a separate agreement.

Nothing limits permitted statutory uses, fair criticism or your right to retrieve content where the law provides for it. Third-party trademarks and datasheets do not imply manufacturer endorsement.

During your authorized access, we grant a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for the purpose and house covered by your order. We retain all other rights in the software, models, interface, documentation and branding. Do not remove proprietary notices or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it, including protected interoperability rights. This does not restrict your rights in your own inputs or the permitted use of your reports.

If you voluntarily provide product suggestions, you permit us to use them without payment or an obligation to implement them. This permission does not authorize publishing your private project, personal data or confidential documents. We do not obtain a general license to train models on your uploads.

14. Privacy and communications

Our separate privacy notice explains how personal data is processed, retained and shared, and how to exercise applicable rights. For data-protection questions or requests, contact contact@energyflow.tech. Accepting these terms is not blanket consent to optional tracking, marketing or unrelated use of personal data. We do not use user documents to train models.

We use the necessary contact details to communicate about the order, service, security and support. Marketing consent, where required, is separate.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact contact@energyflow.tech or our registered office with a complaint. Explain the issue and the order/project details needed to investigate it. Our published support arrangements describe the process; no unconfirmed response time is promised here.

For eligible consumer disputes, the Luxembourg National Consumer Mediator provides information at https://www.mediateurconsommation.lu/en. This information does not promise that every dispute qualifies for mediation or that we participate in every procedure. Seeking an amicable resolution does not prevent access to a court or other remedy.

16. Applicable law and remaining provisions

Luxembourg law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that otherwise apply. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; these terms do not require consumers to use Luxembourg courts exclusively.

An unenforceable provision does not override mandatory law. The remaining terms continue only as permitted by law. These terms do not cancel rights arising from binding pre-contractual information or create a shorter statutory claim period. Changes to terms apply only under applicable legal requirements, with required notice and consent. Keep the version supplied with your order.

For business customers only, the courts of Luxembourg City have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the contract, subject to mandatory law and any separately signed business agreement. This provision does not apply to consumers. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of consumer court access is required.

Our failure to enforce a right immediately is not a waiver of that right. Provisions about payment already due, intellectual property, permitted use of retained reports, liability and business third-party claims continue after expiry or termination where their purpose requires it, subject to applicable law. No employee or support reply changes an order unless an authorized company representative expressly agrees to the change; binding precontractual statements and mandatory rights remain protected.

17. Withdrawal form

Use this form only if you wish to withdraw. Another clear statement is also valid; use of the form is not compulsory.

To: B-GREEN S.à r.l., 11 Hannert de Kleppbeem, L-6995 Rameldange, Luxembourg, contact@energyflow.tech.

I am withdrawing from my contract for the following EnergyFlow service: [SERVICE/ORDER DETAILS].

Contract date: [DATE]. Consumer name: [NAME]. Consumer address: [ADDRESS]. Date of this notice: [DATE]. Signature: [ONLY IF SENT ON PAPER].

18. Business third-party claims

This section applies only to business customers. You must defend the company against a third-party claim to the extent it arises from content you supplied without necessary rights, your unlawful use, your material breach of the access/IP restrictions, or your unauthorized resale or use of the service to advise clients. You must reimburse reasonable external legal costs and damages finally awarded or agreed in a settlement you approve. This obligation does not cover a claim to the extent caused by our own breach, negligence or wrongdoing, or any amount that applicable law prevents us from recovering.

We must notify you promptly of the claim, allow you reasonable control of its defense with competent advisers and provide reasonable cooperation at your expense. A delay in notification relieves your obligation only to the extent it materially prejudices the defense. You may not admit liability for us, impose a non-monetary obligation on us or settle without fully releasing us unless we agree in writing. We may participate with our own adviser at our own expense. Neither party may unreasonably withhold consent to a reasonable settlement. This section imposes no indemnity on consumers.

Keep these terms with any report you share.
